Funding
- Funding starts at $2 million for the acquisition of a new property or the refinancing of a property you already own. Projects include senior housing, apartments/multi-family projects, nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. Non-recourse loans are available for nursing homes and assisted-living facilities with up to 85 % LTV and low fixed interest rates.
- Bridge loans start at $2 million and mezzanine loans start at $4 million.
- Hard money loans are available for hard-to-fund projects or where quick funding is desired.
No new construction or "ground-up" financing at this time. Financing is only available for existing facilities.
For funding consideration, provide an executive summary, including financials and use of funds. Include rent roll and occupancy information as appropriate.
